In the 2023/2024 fiscal year, Steadfast Foundation generated $266,661 in revenue, which helped achieve a $1.6 million Return On Investment (ROI) through participant-earned employment income, bringing our lifetime ROI to $2.82 million. By providing practical support, such as assisting participants in obtaining valid driver’s licenses, acquiring workplace credentials, and leveraging stability interventions, many participants have exceeded the $30,000 gross annual income target to achieve greater financial stability.

Through our unique Stability Assessment and onboarding process, Steadfast is able to identify and support individuals in our high-risk community who are working towards a better future, but still need support in key areas to achieve greater financial and employment related stability.

By identifying critical factors that impinge forward momentum, Steadfast equips our participants with the credentials and immediate resources to navigate barriers on their way to more stable and sustainable employment.

Working directly with our Business Affiliate and community volunteer network, Steadfast partners with our participants to secure job opportunities and community connections that promote greater financial independence as well as open doors to personal fulfillment and growth.

Stabilize & Secure
Once participants have succesfully navigated to a place of financial independence, Steadfast continues to cultivate community stewardship through small business incubation, community service opportunities, and ongoing stabilization efforts one individual and community at a time.
